From your first quotation to charging at your depot. Practical answers for importing and owning a vehicle in Nigeria.
The estimated landed price combines your vehicle price in Naira with estimated shipping from China to Nigeria. The shipping estimate includes clearing, duties and taxes; these are not added a second time.
Every EV we ship to Nigeria comes with a compatible wall-mountable charger. Charger installation is separate from the supplied equipment. All vehicles arrive in Lagos; you arrange collection and onward delivery. Confirm installation, registration and insurance separately.
Vehicle prices are calculated from the supplier’s RMB price using our current Naira conversion rate. Shipping uses our current inclusive CBM rate. Changes in these rates, the supplier price or your chosen configuration can change the website estimate.
Your issued quotation records the agreed amounts and has a validity period. If it expires, ask us to confirm it before making a new transfer.
CBM means cubic metres. We calculate the exterior shipping volume as length × width × height in metres, then multiply it by our inclusive Naira rate per CBM. For dimensions supplied in millimetres, divide their product by 1,000,000,000.
For example, a vehicle measuring 5 m × 1.8 m × 2 m occupies 18 CBM. Interior cargo capacity is different: a van with 7 m³ of cargo space can occupy much more than 7 CBM when shipped.
We are waiting for a confirmed supplier price or other information needed to calculate that configuration accurately. It does not mean the vehicle is free or unavailable. Submit a request and we can confirm availability, specifications and pricing before you pay.
Choose a configuration, sign in and submit your request. Once your quotation and invoice are issued, open the order in your dashboard and transfer to one of the company bank accounts shown there. Use the payment reference provided.
Upload a clear bank receipt or transfer confirmation showing the amount and reference. Finance checks the actual payment before approving it. A proof upload alone does not confirm that funds have been received.
You can submit separate transfers against the same invoice if your bank has a transfer limit. Upload a proof for each transfer and enter its actual amount; your dashboard shows approved payments and the remaining balance.
Separate transfers are not a financing or instalment plan. The current ordering flow requires the full invoice balance to be approved before your order is confirmed for supplier fulfilment. Do not assume a deposit reserves a vehicle.
A pending claim is awaiting finance review. If a proof is rejected, read the reason and submit the correct details or contact us with your order reference. Do not send a second payment simply because the first has not yet been approved.
If you already paid against an expired quote, submit the proof through your order for reconciliation and contact us. If you overpaid or transferred the wrong amount, contact the team rather than entering a different amount to make the upload fit.
Your confirmed quotation sets out the specification, inclusions and terms for your order. General charging guidance does not replace the vehicle manual or a site assessment.
